A company that sells food products and possibly more. Blue sun logos are on food cans and an advertisement. The motto from their commercial states, Live life with Blue Sun.

Outlaws set these facilities up and capture space ships with a Net. Six breakers around the inside of the ring structure create the Net when activated. Used to strip parts off the captured space ships or just steal the whole ship. A failure in one of the six breakers shuts the whole Net down. The names Book gives for the facilities.

Haven was the place where Book took up residence following his departure from Serenity. He seemed to have taken the position of spiritual leader to a small mining community on the planet.

The moon where the crew of Serenity robs Alliance security payroll. Lilac is a border planet that has to employ private security fims to protect it. It is 10 hours flight time from Beaumonde.

A heavily-developed border system with a high number of planets, moons and glorified rocks valuable for mining (and/or equally useful for clandestine dealings). Paradiso and Hancock are located on one such planet in the system, and the Georgia system is also one of the bases of operation for Adelei Niska; his privatized Sky Plex orbits the planet Ezra.
